So you want to go Tiny, but you want to save yourself potentially hundreds of hours and/or months of build time? We specialize in building Tiny House Shells.

What’s included in our base shell:

Trailer Made Custom Tiny House Trailer
A Trailer specifically built to be a tiny home foundation. These trailers include LED Lights, brakes on all axles, the strongest tube steel, underside aluminum flashing and much more. You can check them out here!
Insulated Floor
We install 3″ of rigid foam insulation in the floor of the entire trailer, and fill any gaps with a high quality spray foam insulation
Advantech Tongue & Groove Subflooring
We use the most advanced subfloor material available. Advantech subflooring is engineered to be extremely rigid and water resistant. You can read more about this subflooring here
2×4 Wood Stud Construction
We build our tiny homes as close to residential building code as possible. When framing for window openings, we conform to the International Building Code span tables and requirements. When framing sleeping lofts, we consider these areas to be a “second floor”, and design accordingly.
Simpson Strong-Tie Hold-Downs and Lag Bolt security
We bolt every opening possible in the framing to the trailer. We use 8 Simpson Strong-Tie Hold-Downs and go above that by further attaching to the foundation with standard lag-bolts, nuts and loctite.
Zip System Roof & Wall Sheathing
Made by the same company that engineers advantech flooring, we also use the Zip System roof and wall sheathing. This sheathing is water resistant, and doesn’t require an additional vapor barrier. The Zip System tape creates a structure that is both air and water-tight. On top of that, they provide a 30 year warranty on their product. You can read more about it here.
Sleeping Loft Framed
We install 4×4 sanded beams that provides you the structure for your sleeping loft. The standard size is 8ft in length, and spans the entire width of the home.
Metal Roof
We install a standard metal roof with a variety of color options. This metal roof is warrantied for 30 years by the manufacturer.
Velux fixed skylight
We install a fixed Velux skylight in the main area - ceiling of the home. The size of this skylight is generally around 21″ x 38″ and provides fantastic spacious lighting into your new home. On top of that, Velux skylights are tempered glass and safe for travel down the road.
Fiberglass Exterior door
We install a 32″ x 80″ fiberglass nine-light exterior door for you. The great thing about this door is that it’s generally wide enough to move anything you need into your home. Other manufacturers will sometimes build their shells with doors that are only 20″ wide and make it nearly impossible to move a shower or other items into your build!
